Beyond Bollywood

Straight from the sell-out season in Mumbai, India, the sensational London brand new London musical, Beyond Bollywood  is all set to make its debut at the magnificent London Palladium. Feel the real essence of Indian culture featuring fire, heat and passion for Indian dance.

The dancing extravaganza will have limited runs for 8 weeks. Shaily Shergill in the lead role simply mesmerizes audience with her wonderful dancing skills. Under the superb direction by Rajeev Goswami, the colourful dancing show gives an insight into the culture of India and making its UK premiere.

Rajeev Goswami also choreographed and penned the brilliant show, whereas lyrics by Irfan Siddiqui and musical composition by Salim Sulaiman. The spectacular theatrical production has enlivened up the Bollywood on London stage for 8 weeks.

Beyond Bollywood is about a young girl who lives in Germany. In order to fulfil her mother’s dying wish, she ventures to India. Her mother wishes to revitalise the falling theatre of their family. Beyond Bollywood is a complete emotional roller coaster ride. The brand new London show finely showcases various dances forms such as Kalbelia, Lezim, Bihu, Garba and Kathak.

Beyond Bollywood runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes from 8^th May to 27^th May 2015. London Palladium is all set for this brand new colourful dancing magic!
