New London Theatre

The popular London Westend Theatre, New London Theatre is located at the historic Drury Lane amidst Covent Garden and Holborn areas. The theatre is positioned at 166 Drury Lane, London,               WC2B 5PW. Holborn is considered as a business district, whereas Covent Garden is hugely popular amongst both the tourists and local visitor. New London Theatre is located at an accessible location and can be commuted via various modes of commutations such as buses, tubes, taxis and cars. With an astounding occupancy of 1100, theatre is categorised into two levels as Stalls and Circle. The largest section of the theatre is known as Stalls. In the year 1973, New London Theatre made its debut and the venue is renowned for entertainment since Elizabethan era. There is huge range of music hall and drama productions have been hosted such as Hotel Paradiso, The Iceman Cometh, Witness for the Prosecution and Sally.  Some other popular shows that were hosted at the New London Theatre include Funny Face starring Fred Astaire.

New London Theatre has hosted some of the popular productions such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the Blue Man Group and a musical version of Gone With The Wind.  In the year 2009, the play War Horse has been transferred from the National Theatre. The spectacular production has won various prestigious awards and also won American theatre awards. Currently, War Horse is running with houseful shows. The blockbuster award winning show is recommended for 10+ kids with a running time of two hours and forty minutes.
