                                      Victoria Palace Theatre

Welcome to the Victoria Palace Theatre! The stunning theatre has a considerable huge occupancy of 1550 and has been spread across three levels as Stalls, Dress Circle and Grand Circle. The front row seats of the theatre always offer good viewing. It is positioned at Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5EA. Located outside Victoria tube and railway station, the magnificent theatre is located at a nearby location of Theatreland and several other theatres.

 Some of the famous London attractions such as Westminster Abbey is positioned at a nearby distance. Victoria Palace Theatre is easily accessible via various modes of communication such as local tube and buses which makes the theatre gets connected with the rest of city.  The auditorium of the stunning theatre comprises of Infrared and loop type systems. Before the performance, you can collect the headset from the foyer. Since 1932, the opulent Victoria Palace Theatre is situated on the site and is called as Moy’s Music Hall. In the year 1863, it was called as Royal Standard Music Hall.

 Building of the theatre was destructed in the year 1886 and was reconstructed until 1910 and retained its name as Royal Standard. For the incorporation  of electricity, theatre underwent reconstruction along with other innovations. In the year 1911, it marked its reopening as Victoria Palace Theatre. The Grade II listed building with occupancy of 1550 across three levels.

 The stunning Victoria Palace Theatre has hosted some of the brilliant shows such as the original production of Me and My Girl in the year 1937 and The Black and White Minstrel show that ran from the year 1960 to 1972. Some other famous productions of the theatre are Annie, Windy City, The Little Foxes and High Society, as well as the Buddy Holly musical. In the recent time, theatre hosted some of the wonderful musicals such as Fame, Kiss Me Kate and The Rocky Horror Show. Since 2005 popular show Billy Elliot is running at the theatre and won huge critical and massive acclamations.
